  1. How long it takes for order to ship after payment confirmed?

    Usually the sample order will be shipped out Within One Week, the normal order takes 15-25 Days.
  2. How will you deliver my order?

    For small quantity product, we prefer international express and air freight, fast and reliable, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS, ARAMEX etc.;
    For large quantity products, we prefer sea shipping to save cost;
    Anyway, we will suggest the best shipping solution for you based on your request. And of course you can decide which shipping agent to use.
  3. What should I do if there is problem with my order?

    If there is something wrong, you can feedback to us, our support team will come out the solution within 2 days.
  4. What's your return policy?

    If the product is not meet the request we deal, we accept them back, and remaking for you until meeting the deal without extra charge, but I believe it will not happen because of our strictly quality control system;
    If the product broken during the shipping or damage non-artificial reason, we promise to replace the product without extra charges, we have faith to our package safety. To ensure the process of the return, photos or videos of the shipping box and broken products must be provided by customers.
